About Myself
My name Lilija Plygavka.I live in a very cozy and ancient city called Vilnius, or Wilno, Vilnya.This city has a distinctive aura and incredible old quarters where you can wander endlessly. The first time I came to Vilnius 
on sightseeing tour in the fifth grade. I was struck by its narrow streets and yards, where everything was connected to medieval history. Then I used to come here again and again to visit an old friend of mine who lived there. Together we dropped into small cafes, where we enjoyed coffee and freshly baked buns and I thought to myself: «I wish I lived here!»
Probably somewhere in one of those moments my dream about this city flew far, far away… and came true one day.
Dreams may really come true if you believe in them, but they can be fulfilled if they are really sincere and if you give them some freedom when to become a reality. Now, when I wander about the old town on my own or with some guests or students, getting them acquainted with different architecture styles, epochs, memorable dates and events, places connected to different national cultures of Vilnius, I often recollect that moment when I was overwhelmed by that particular wish to live and work in this amazing city.
Since those days when I was a five year school girl till nowadays, when I have become a chief of a new department at the university, I managed to do a lot of things: to graduate from the university, to do a postgraduate course, and to defend a thesis, to become an experienced lecturer, to get married, to get some experience in political activities and to become a noticeable person in social life.
It happened that one day an old friend of mine called me and suggested moving to Vilnius as a new department of the Byelorussian language literature and ethnoculture was created. Thus, Lithuania has become my second Motherland.
It has begun and still goes on that my life is split between two countries Lithuania and Belarus. Successful work of the university department, creation of the first Byelorussian language school in afterwar period, revival of the Byelorussian School Society, intercultural communication as a new direction of work of the faculty, numerous scientific, educational and cultural projects, disciples and partners in different countries, training of foreigners, international scientific conferences and expeditions, state awards, scientific and social approval- all these points and a lot more, which are also valuable and interesting, consist my professional Vilnius world.
All my life I have been inventing and implementing ideas, even if nobody except myself believes in them I possess the ability to unite people and coordinate their activities and create a warm atmosphere. I have always helped other people find their way in life, understand others and discover their own variant how to overcome difficulties.
Namely lectures on communication inspired me to start organizing live training courses on communication aspects then to individual consultations. I was captured by my work more and more.
Later I worked out my own methodology, practice and secrets of communication.
A few years ago, being a successful administrator, scientist, a socially influential person, I understand that I can and I want something more than that. I started thinking over different variants and trying to implement them into life.
So that I decided to create my own School of Successful Communication. The aim of this project help people find happiness in communication, understand other people better and harmonize the world via communication.
Together with this project I am developing two more projects and they are on their final stage and I will let you know more about them later.
